How It Works:

1. Ticket Sales: As an event organizer, you can easily create and list your event on our platform. Once your event is live, attendees can purchase tickets directly through our webapp.
2. Funds Transfer: When tickets are sold, the funds are securely transferred to your account. We understand the importance of timely payments, which is why we ensure swift transactions to support your event planning process. We use Stripe for payment processing and the funds usually arrive in 3-5 working days. Organizers are required to create an Stripe account after we approve and send them a link. Please refer to Stripe Documentation to understand how it works.
3. Fees: To maintain our services and continue providing exceptional support to both organizers and attendees, we charge a nominal fee. Our fee is just (2.5% + €0.75) of the ticket price excluding payment processing fee of stripe. The total fee including payment processing is 4% + €1. Organizers have the option to divide this fee with any percentage between themselves and final customer.
4. Organizer Responsibilities: While we handle the ticketing process, organizers retain control over other aspects such as refunds, cancellations, and event logistics. You have the flexibility to manage your event according to your preferences and requirements.
